A Recognised Voice in Modern Wellbeing
Wellness is changing.
It is no longer viewed as an occasional luxury or something reserved for spas and retreats. Increasingly, it is becoming part of how people design their homes, protect their health, support recovery, and improve daily life.
My work sits within that shift.
Over the past two decades, I have built award winning wellness businesses, advised private clients and commercial partners, and helped bring recovery focused living into residential and hospitality environments.
Today, I speak regularly on the future of wellness, recovery, luxury living and the growing role wellbeing plays in modern lifestyles.
Leading with Clarity and Experience
I work closely with private clients, developers, architects, hospitality partners, and wellness brands to help shape spaces and experiences that are commercially intelligent, emotionally engaging, and built for long term use.
My approach combines industry expertise with a practical understanding of how people actually live.
Every decision, from product selection to customer experience, should support wellbeing in a way that feels seamless, elevated and intelligently designed.
As a female founder within a traditionally male dominated sector, I also care deeply about bringing a more human and lifestyle led perspective into the wellness conversation.
For Women To Step Into Their Power
Building a global business in a traditionally male-dominated industry as a woman was never going to be easy. I am proud of the reputation I built based on my knowledge, constant reinvestment in the industry and myself. My suppliers, teams, customers and stakeholders know that I am very passionate and trust what I do. You need to be confident in the space you occupy, don’t be afraid to learn every aspect of your business and listen to the people around you.
I had to unlearn the idea that success comes from doing everything yourself. For a long time, I carried everything: every detail, solving every problem and being the person everyone came to when something went right or wrong. That can get you quite far as an entrepreneur, but eventually it becomes the thing that holds you back. You have to think bigger to grow.
Your greatest value is not necessarily in doing every task. Understanding where you can make the biggest difference and surrounding yourself with the right people who share your values helps you build your vision from a stronger foundation. As an entrepreneur, you have to unlearn perfectionism. You have to learn resilience as building business is rarely neat. Things occasionally go wrong – you adapt and you keep moving forward.
Importance of Having Good Health
We spend enormous amounts of time thinking about our families, careers and our homes, but none of those things matter if we don’t have the health and energy to enjoy them.
What’s fascinating is how quickly consumer attitudes are changing. People are investing more and more in protecting their emotional and physical wellbeing. Widespread interest in biohacking means people are incorporating their strength training, nutrition, supplements, sleep, wearables and recovery for longevity. We are becoming much more proactive about our health.
Increasingly, that investment is moving into the home. For years, we travelled somewhere else for wellness. We went to a gym to exercise, a pool to swim, a spa to use a sauna or a therapist for recovery. Now we’re seeing people create home gyms, wellness rooms, saunas, ice baths, hot tubs and swim spa pools within their own homes. The biggest benefit is accessibility and consistency.
If your swim spa pool is outside the back door, swimming becomes easier to incorporate into everyday life. If your sauna or ice bath is in your outside space, it can become a regular ritual rather than something you experience a few times a year at a hotel. A jacuzzi can create a place where you genuinely stop at the end of the day and spend time with your partner or family without another screen in front of you.
Having Influence
I think my understanding of influence has changed enormously. Influence is what happens when someone trusts your judgement and integrity enough to make a great decision because of it. I see that when industry leading global manufacturers choose to work with me exclusively due to my impact. I see it when customers come back years after buying their first product from us. I see it when somebody recommends us to a friend. When we’re younger, we often associate influence with status, job titles or how many people know our name. I see it differently. Wisdom comes with experience.
I don’t believe wellness should be about chasing every new trend or making exaggerated promises about individual products. It’s about creating an environment that makes positive behaviours easier to practise consistently.
For me, the ultimate luxury isn’t simply having more. It’s having the health to enjoy the life you’ve created.
Advice
Protect your time and protect your energy. They’re two assets you can’t earn back. You don’t have to have everything mapped out. You don’t have to feel ready. And you certainly don’t have to build a life that looks like somebody else’s definition of success.

The Mantoura Method
My approach to wellbeing is simple: it should be part of everyday life, not separate from it. I believe in honesty, consistency, and long-term trust, and in creating thoughtfully designed wellness experiences that support recovery, balance, and lasting health. Everything I share is grounded in more than two decades of hands-on experience inside the industry.
The posts below are insights written by me. Personal perspectives on wellness, business, recovery, and modern living.
Why I do What I do?
My mum, Diana, was an extraordinary athlete who competed in two Olympic Games and three Commonwealth Games, winning multiple gold medals and setting world records in swimming. Her passion for sport, wellbeing, and helping others has always been a profound inspiration to me.
In 2006, after working at Citigroup and considering a career in management consulting, I chose to join the family business my parents had built. Their belief in me showed me that I could use my own experience and passion to create something meaningful. Today, that legacy continues through HTSS/Mantoura, driven by our family’s love of water and our belief in its power to bring comfort, wellbeing, and joy to everyday life.
